MUTIARA SOLUSINDO born in September 2003, MUTIARA SOLUSINDO has developed its own methodology, MUTIARA SOLUSINDO combining the best advantages of well-known models, including Rational Unified Process and eXtreme Programming (XP), as well as developing software iteratively, managing requirements, using component- based architectures, and verifying software quality. Such an approach ensures lower investment risk while applying the best technology to solve business problems within budget and time constraints.
MUTIARA SOLUSINDO also uses an effective collaborative environment for geographically dispersed teams: supported by a Lotus Notes or a web-based platform, this repository contains all relevant documents and allows intimate interaction with all project stakeholders.

Main interface with MUTIARA SOLUSINDO. Manages the project from the customer's side. Key member of the project team that meets -typically - on a weekly basis. Also a member of the steering committee.
Senior executive, who participates in key milestones of the project. Member of the project steering committee that meets typically once a month.
One or several users who have an excellent knowledge of the customer's processes. They will take part in the function definition process, and assist the customer's project manager in validating the deliverables.
Main interface with the customer. Manage the project on behalf of the MUTIARA SOLUSINDO, and instruct / direct all MUTIARA SOLUSINDO resources. Is a key member of the project team and steering committee.
Senior executive within MUTIARA SOLUSINDO, who liaises with the steering committee and ensures that the project gets appropriate visibility within MUTIARA SOLUSINDO. Will handle escalations as needed.
A key resource who will assist in defining the project's scope and functionalities. He/she will provide inputs (specifications) to the project team as well as to MUTIARA SOLUSINDO technical resources.
A senior developer who has many years of development experience. He/she will drive the technical development. Member of the project team.
Resources that execute the project, under the direction of the architect and MUTIARA SOLUSINDO project managers.
Technical and functional resources that will test the applications and document bugs as well as change requests. They report to the project manager.
A team that will act as the customer's 1st level support, and address technical issues once the application is in production.
The key project groups are :
The steering committee: composed of senior executives and project managers from both the customer's and Mutiara's side. They set the strategy and discuss the high level execution status of the project, review planning, financials, deliverables and issues.;
The project team: comprised of the customer's and Mutiara's project managers, as well as Mutiara's architect. This team is responsible for implementing the steering committee's decisions.
